My name is Bradley Feld a Family Law Specialist and Partner of FMD Solicitors.

I graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury with a BA Law Degree (Honours) and qualified as a Solicitor in October 1985.

I am a memebr of the Law Society Panel and a member of the Law Society itself. I am also a full member of Resolution - First Family Law.

How Can I Help?

I can help you with contact and residence disputes concerning children. Unfortunately when relationships break down often there are problems with obtaining suitable and regular contact to the children. I will help to try and negotiate reasonable and fair arrangements and if necessarry I can advise you about referring the matter to a Mediation Service. Unfortunately there are situations where only applying to the Court for a Court Order will resolve matters.
