• Acting for parents in Care cases. One of the most stressful events to occur is when the Local Authority decides to take action against parents with regard to their children. I can advise you throughout the Court process and also liaise and if necessary apply to the Court in respect of obtaining contact to the children once the Local Authority have placed them in Care.
